A live webinar is a real-time, interactive online training session led by an industry expert. You watch the presentation with synchronized slides and high-quality audio, and every session ends with a live Q&A where you can ask the speaker your specific questions. All you need is a smartphone, laptop, or PC with a stable internet connection — no special software required.
You can register in three ways:
Login credentials and downloadable materials (handouts, slides) are emailed to your registered address 24 hours before the scheduled session. If you register on the day of the event, credentials are sent as soon as your order is confirmed. Can’t find them? Check your spam folder first, then contact us — we’ll resend them right away.
Most webinars run 60 to 90 minutes, including a 10–15 minute live Q&A at the end. The exact duration is always listed on each event page.
No problem — you have options:
Live session schedules are fixed and cannot be rescheduled by attendees. In the rare case of a cancellation due to a technical issue or speaker emergency on our side, you’ll be notified immediately and offered a new date or a full credit.
Every program is available in multiple formats so you can learn your way:
Yes. Corporate options let multiple attendees from your team join under one registration (for example, 1–3 or 1–6 attendees) at a significant saving over individual seats. For larger teams or custom training needs, contact us for a tailored quote.
Most qualifying programs carry CEU credits, including HRCI and SHRM recertification. The credit details are listed on each event page.
Submit your questions through the chat panel at any point during the session — the speaker answers them in the dedicated 10–15 minute Q&A at the end. Instructions are shared at the start of every session.
