At Live Event Educator, we want every registration to be a confident one. This policy explains exactly when refunds, credits, and transfers apply — no fine-print surprises.

1. If We Cancel or Reschedule
Occasionally a session may be cancelled or rescheduled due to technical issues, speaker unavailability, or insufficient registrations. If that happens:
- You will be notified by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- You may choose any one of the following, at no cost:
- A full refund, processed within 3 business days of your request.
- A transfer to another webinar of equal or equivalent value on a future date.
- The recording or e-transcript of the session once available.
To claim any option, email cs@liveeventeducator.com with your order details.
2. If You Cancel
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to cs@liveeventeducator.com at least 2 business days before the scheduled session.
- Include your Order ID, Transaction ID, Webinar ID, and Event Date so we can locate your registration quickly.
- Eligible cancellations receive, at your choice:
- A full refund within 3 business days, or
- A transfer to another session of equal value, or
- The recording or e-transcript at no additional cost.
- No refund is issued if the request arrives less than 2 business days before the session, or if you do not attend without cancelling in advance — but see “Missed the Session?” below.
3. Missed the Session?
Life happens. If you could not attend a live session you registered for, we will provide the recording or e-transcript at no extra cost — just email cs@liveeventeducator.com with your Order ID and Event Date.
4. Recordings, Transcripts & Physical Media
- On-demand recordings, digital downloads, and e-transcripts are non-refundable once access has been delivered, since they cannot be returned.
- DVDs and flash drives that arrive damaged or defective are replaced free of charge — notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases are refunded in full — contact us with both order numbers.
5. Packages & Subscription Plans
- Package or plan cancellations must be requested in writing within 30 calendar days of registration.
- Include your Transaction ID and registration details in the request.
- Refunds are pro-rated for any sessions already attended or materials already delivered under the package.
6. How Refunds Are Paid
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or PayPal) within 3 business days of approval.
- Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Questions or Disputes
