1. Use of the Website & Intellectual Property

Permitted use — site content may be used for personal, informational, or internal business purposes only.
Restrictions — content may not be sold, licensed, leased, republished, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
Ownership — all text, graphics, logos, program materials, and designs are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and remain the property of Live Event Educator or its licensors.

2. Program Registrations & Access

Registrations are confirmed once payment is received. Login credentials and materials are emailed to your registered address before the session.
Your login credentials are for the registered attendee(s) only and may not be shared, broadcast, or redistributed.
Corporate/group registrations cover only the number of attendees stated in the option purchased.
Seat transfers to a colleague are permitted before the session — contact customer care with the new attendee’s details.

3. Recordings, Transcripts & Materials License

Recordings, e-transcripts, digital downloads, DVDs, and flash drives are licensed for the personal or internal training use of the purchaser only. They may not be copied, resold, publicly screened, uploaded, or distributed in any form. Violation of this license may result in termination of access and legal action.

4. Payments, Pricing & Coupons

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Payments are processed in compliance with PCI DSS; we do not store your card details.
All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the site.
Coupon codes are valid only for their stated dates and conditions, apply at checkout only, and cannot be combined with other offers.

5. Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds

If we cancel a session due to technical issues or speaker unavailability, you may choose a full refund, a credit, or access to the recording.
Live session dates are otherwise fixed; if you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat or switch to the recording.

6. Continuing Education Credits

CEU, HRCI, and SHRM credits are offered on qualifying programs as stated on each event page. Credit issuance depends on the accrediting body’s requirements (e.g., verified attendance). We cannot guarantee acceptance of credits by any specific organization or board.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Alter, modify, or interfere with site content, functionality, or security.
Use automated tools (robots, scrapers, spiders) to collect or offload site content.
Use our trademarks, service marks, or brand keywords without written consent.
Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Programs are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Speakers’ views are their own. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information presented. The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Event Educator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim.
